If smaller hotels can no longer hold all your attendees, here are some great places with 400+ rooms to accommodate your growing groups. They come with great reviews so you can rest assured that although the hotel is larger, the small details won’t be overlooked.
Pan Pacific Vancouver
“The location was absolutely beautiful. One of the meeting rooms (our staff room) had a view of the cruise ships as they were docked, and a gorgeous view of the mountains and water.”
Loews Lake Las Vegas
“Things could not have gone better. Staff very responsive, great F & B, great location. My group was very pleased.”
Talking Stick Resort
“The hotel is brand new, so there is little to complain about. We were shown to our room and were impressed from the minute we walked in.”
Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort
“Our meeting went so well our attendees have voted to go back again next year. The campus style layout worked great and was a nice change from the high rise type properties. The renovations are fantastic and the service was flawless.”
Hyatt Regency Hill Country San Antonio
“Throughout each phase of our meeting, from sales to catering to the execution of the event, the staff at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa made sure to exceed my every expectation.”
Arizona Grand Resort
“The resort was outstanding. It was easy to get to from the Sky Harbor airport and had all the amenities that you never had to leave the grounds!”
Encore
“I’ve stayed at some other hotels in Vegas and none of them so far are comparable to Encore; you’ll be pleased with your stay.”

These hotels and resorts are absolutely stunning! I don’t think anyone would mind being sent to a business conference or meeting at any of these locations. I also like how each place is very unique. With this list of options, event managers have the ability to select a location that best meets the tone of the event. Thanks for sharing!
