Rate a Property, Help a Planner

What could be more valuable than discussing venues with colleagues who’ve been there, done that? Developing a peer-to-peer recommendation system to provide insights into meeting and incentive venues was one of Elite Meetings’ first initiatives. Early on, we realized that your personal ratings and reviews on properties where you’ve held events would help your fellow planners make wiser site decisions.

The ratings portion covers aspects specific to meetings or incentive experiences, such as conference services staff, meeting and function facilities, food & beverage, accommodations, guest service experience, and recreational options. Most helpful of all? Your thoughts about your own experience with planning or holding an event there.

It’s not only helpful, it’s easy, too. When you’re signed in to EliteMeetings.com, you can simply:

  1. search on a hotel you’d like to review (hint: to save time, use just one key word in the property’s name)
  2. Then, in the Elite Overview or Planner Ratings & Reviews tab, click Rate This Property.

You’ll be asked to write some brief thoughts, and rate aspects of the experience on a scale of 1 to 5. And yes, you’ll have a chance to preview your review before submission.

It only takes a minute or two, but helps other planners immeasurably. So thank you!
